SENSATIONALLY PSYCHADELIC 
Every year at Progrexion, the Marketing Team celebrates each quarters successes and looks forward towards the goals for the following quarter. The theme of the year is carefully conceptualized and executed to bring a sense of unity to each quarter as well as the team itself. I gratefully spearheaded and created all the assets for the year, breaking from the typical branding style guide for the company, and celebrating the retro. For the 2022 theme, my idea of the 70's inspired moto of "Good Vibes Only" was chosen as the overall aesthetic with each quarter being broken down into famous periods of the 70's, traveling through the decade. 
For quarter two, I was inspired by the rock posters and album covers that were famous during the 70's. I took a lot of influence from Art Nouveau, playful typography, strong borders, symmetry and movement.
THE PLAYBOOK
With each quarter, the creative team provides a booklet of the information covered at the Playbook reveal event. This includes achievements reached and goals to aim for. A section featuring an organizational chart, as well as culture photos was also featured. I made sure to include lots of symmetrical illustrations, lava lamps, paisley, as well as morphing typography in section pages.  
VIBIN' POSTCARDS
As well as an exciting playbook reveal where we all are able to gather and enjoy some delicious food and games, we also give out a quarterly swag item associated with the theme. For quarter two, we gave each marketing team member a at home Tie-dying kit as well as a custom shirt featuring the phrase "It's a Vibe."  A postcard featuring a link to an instructional video was given to each member as well.
TO TIE-DYE FOR
To make sure each member of the marketing team was able to fully understand the steps of Tie-dying, our creative team created a in-house tutorial video that was featured on the postcards each worker received. To make the video a bit more playful, I created end slate with the "Good Vibes Only" logo, as well as custom tie-dyed our spokespersons face on his own shirt for the ending of the video. 
BREAKING RECORDS
For those going above and beyond, gold and platinum records were given as trophies with custom labeled stickers associated with that quarters design theme and a Record sleeve symbolizing the year. 
COOL AND COMFORTABLE
For quarter fours swag item, I created a selection of hoodies portraying each quarter we celebrated, for each member to select from.
